Interested in photography since 2008, Juliana Sícoli decided to transform her passion into a profession, and so she plunged into the professional photography market. Stimulated by the aesthetics and visual communication, she worked as an independent photographer for advertising agencies in São Paulo. Each job made she harness her passion for photography and her growing vocation for communicating through images. It was during this period that she felt the necessity to transform her working profession into pure expression and explore through artistic photography a form with which to communicate with the world.

In her first authorial work in 2014, she created the project entitled “Women that Inspire”, discovering a conceptual  irection that would guide her creative process as a photographer and artist.
